As a massive fan of all things chocolate I was looking for something super easy but also
decadent that felt special for a valentines night. This recipe fit the bill perfectly and ive made it numerous times since and it’s a winner every time.I served it with some good vanilla ice cream and made a couple of chocolate covered strawberries as it was so simple the slow cooker does most of the work.

I also used this chocolate as I enjoy really dark chocolate, I’m sure using what ever chocolate you like will get just as lovely results
